Project Abstract
Due to increased and rapid growth in the housing warranty marketplace, 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty was ready to relocate from a shared-space building into a dedicated facility. With over 300 employees, the relocation to an 82,000 sq ft, three-story building required careful planning, expert office move management, and precise execution.
The project involved a full contents and IT equipment relocation, along with computer workstation moves and a comprehensive office decommissioning of the original space. Because minimizing downtime was critical, detailed coordination and transparent communication were essential throughout the process. In addition, the origin space needed to meet strict lease-exit conditions to avoid holdover rent, requiring full compliance with restoration terms.
