Recognizing the critical need to maintain the integrity of ongoing research, Pivotal meticulously managed the move of sensitive laboratory equipment, including specialized instruments and IT infrastructure. This approach allowed specific employees to maintain access to essential equipment at each location throughout the four-week transition. 

The carefully orchestrated move involved the relocation of four laboratories and office spaces, utilizing specialized handling for sensitive scientific instruments and IT infrastructure. Pivotal’s proactive on-site management and close coordination with the general contractor ensured a seamless transition to the new 35,450 square foot facility, allowing Mosaic Bioscience to continue their essential research projects without significant downtime.
