Move Management | Consolidated Personal Services

Project Abstract

In the spring of 2022, Pivotal Project Management was contacted for move management services and tasked with relocating Consolidated Personnel Services into their newly constructed space. Wanting all new office furniture, including modular workstations, sit-stand office desks, reception and break room items, and other ancillary pieces, Pivotal worked with multiple vendors to furnish, design, and manage the installation of all pieces within the client’s requested timeframe.

By funneling the communication through a singular source, all schedules and scopes were managed and distributed to the appropriate parties consistently, keeping our client informed of all benchmarks. These move management services resulted in Pivotal reducing cost, stress, and downtown, which allowed CPS to continue their operations virtually unhindered.

Project Summary

Pivotal Project Management provided Relocation Consulting and Move Management services to Consolidated Personnel Services. Working with their management to understand their workplace efficiency, we generated a furniture plan that offered both a sleek and modern design while maintaining functionality. The furniture installation was properly scheduled along with a multitude of additional vendors, including all AV, electric, and low voltage to ensure schedules were met and vendors were not waiting for each other’s scopes. By funneling the communication through a singular source, all schedules and scopes were managed and distributed to the appropriate parties consistently. The move was completed between the months of April and August and fit perfectly into the clients outlined request.
