Office & Distrubution Center Relocation Project Abstract
With a rapidly expanding product line, The Keystone Group found that their existing flex space was no longer suitable to contain their business operations. With an existing office, segmented warehouse space, and reliance on additional outdoor storage, a larger and more appropriate space was needed. Ensuring a seamless customer experience, maintaining costs, and avoiding a costly shutdown were top priorities for The Keystone Group as they planned a transition to their new home. The expertise of Pivotal Project Management was enlisted to ensure the successful completion of the distribution center relocation.

Project Summary
Pivotal Project Management provided Relocation Consulting and Move Management services to The Keystone Group. Working with their staff to identify existing inventory levels and develop sales forecasts, we created a move plan to transition their distribution center to a new warehouse without impeding their shipping and receiving abilities. The warehouse and office moves were completed in three phases over a four-week period. By pre-planning and sequencing their inventory item for relocation and providing on-site move management services, we created significant savings for The Keystone Group compared to their original mover quote.
